The MBBS program at Chettinad University is designed to create doctors who are fully qualified, broadly skilled and ready to pursue careers as generalists of specialists. The course offers a strong foundation in basic science with emphasis on early development of clinical and procedural skills.

Eligibility:Candidate should be a citizen of India

Age limit: Should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the admission year.

Candidates should have passed the +2 examination of the HSC/ CBSE /ICSE or equivalent examination with a minimum of 75 % aggregate in one of
the following subject combinations:

a. Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or)
b. Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology

Mode of Selection: Based on All India Level Common Entrance
Examination (+2 Syllabus) admission subject to physical fitness

How to Apply:
Application along with prospectus can be obtained on payment of Rs500/- made through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, payable at Chennai. The form can be obtained in person/through post/may be downloaded from the University website. If the form is downloaded, the completed form must be accompanied by a D.D. as per the above instruction.
