Professor Dr.V.Raji joined Chettinad
Hospital &Research Institute in 2008 after an
illustrious career in Tamil Nadu Government
Service. She has been a prize winning under
graduate student from Kilpauk medical college
and stood first in MD from Madurai Kamaraj
University. She served in central Government
health services and in Tamilnadu medical
service. She was the professor of medicine at
Madras Medical College and retired as Dean of
Madurai Medical College.She has been an active teacher of undergraduates and post graduates since
1977. She is an Examiner for MBBS & MD at several Universities. She has
delivered innumerable guest lectures and is involved in conducting various
drug trials. She is a member of the board of studies of the Tamil Nadu

Mr SPK Chidambaram | University Registrar
A qualified finance professional, Chidambaram has been
with the House of Chettinad for over 15 years with
stints in a number of group companies. As Project
Manager he has the formidable task of handling budgets
and time schedules. The fact that our project has stayed
within schedules, and without significant escalations in
costs, is in no small measure a tribute to Chidambaram’s
adroit management. He is also in charge of admissions to

Mr. N.Venkata Phanidhar Chief Executive Officer

An MPhil from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences in Pilani, Venkat has rich experience across all facets of hospital administration. This includes Human Resources Management, Hospital Management Systems and business development. He has worked with some of the best hospitals and healthcare organizations in India. Prior to joining CHC he had a successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer of the NRI Medical College near Guntur. A dynamic administrator, Venkat is responsible for overall management at CSSH.
